This is a small, family-run business. We treat your information the way we'd want our own treated. Here is exactly what happens when you contact us.
What we collect
- Contact information you give us through the form, by phone, or by email: name, phone number, email (if provided), location, and whatever you choose to share about the airplane.
- Standard server logs handled by our hosting provider (Vercel). These include IP address, browser type, and pages visited — the same data every website collects automatically.
What we do with it
- We use it to respond to your inquiry, evaluate the airplane, and complete the transaction if we move forward.
- That's it. We don't add you to a marketing list, send you a newsletter, or follow you with retargeting ads.
What we never do
- We never sell your information. Not to brokers, not to data resellers, not to anyone.
- We never share it with third parties unrelated to your transaction. The only people who see it are Ted Farni, the mechanic or attorney working your specific deal, and the escrow service if a closing occurs.
- We don't run third-party tracking or advertising pixels on this site.
Where it lives
- Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to a private email inbox.
- The website is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server access logs.
- We store deal-related correspondence on our own systems for our records and for tax/regulatory compliance.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to delete your information from our records. Just call (701) 314-4245 or email info@legacy-certified.com and we'll handle it. We may need to retain a minimal record of completed transactions for tax and FAA purposes.
Cookies
This site uses no marketing cookies and no third-party tracking. The hosting provider may use a basic technical cookie to keep the site working — nothing that follows you elsewhere.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If we update this policy, the date at the top will change. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
